The wings are great, I would have given them 5 stars if only they would stop putting the celery in the same container as the wings. I hate warm limp celery. If you haven't tried the moon dust your really missing out on something good.

3 stars for the food. 1 star for the speed of service. The food was pretty good for "fast" food type of eats; however, the service was slower than what you'd expect at a sit-down restaurant.

My husband and I got lunch today and it was delicious. I had the salad topped with jerk shrimp, he had the salad topped with grilled chicken and order of wings with Moon Dust seasoning. Sooo good, we will be back again.

Wings are good, but just be prepared for a 20 minute wait. Maybe you can make a new friend while you are waiting in line. Me? I'll just call first and pick them up. (The wings, not your friend)

While I LOVE the wings, my favorites are the grilled fish with jerk seasoning and their steak and cheese subs. The price is right and it offers enough of a variety for the different food tastes in my family.

Many flavors to choose from. Good cheap wings. Honey Garlic Pepper is my favorite. When I am up for the drive, I visit to the get the wings. I have experienced friendly staff on each visit. I definitely recommend.

Best wings in the area, they are cooked crispy and the sauces are great! The Old Bay wings are my fav! Their grilled chicken salad is awesome, as well as the chicken steak and cheese. I'm going to try the shrimp next, so I'll let ya know! But you have to try it, its something on the menu for everyone. The restaurant is clean, very friendly workers and the food is cooked fresh.

i am pleased with this place because they have very good alternatives to chicken. i always get the same thing. i get the spinach salad with grilled shrimp. their salad is about the best around. really fresh ingredients. on one occasion i was in the mood for a fish sandwich... the catfish sandwich was delicious. i have not had anything else but the people in my office say the wings are great. i always order in advance and pick up.... no waiting. in the summer i drank the iced tea and it was flavorful and sweet! this is a great place for lunch!

Of the many wing options in the area, America's Best Wings ranks right at the top. I tried this place out after reading reviews by fellow Yelpers and they were right! The first time, I tried boneless wings (Caribbean Citrus, Old Bay, Thai Chili, and Honey Garlic Pepper) and fried okra. The wings were great! I especially loved the Honey Garlic Pepper which was surprisingly delicious. I ended up going back again the next day to get hubby more boneless wings while I tried the grilled tilapia with garlic pepper seasoning, rice and steamed veggies. I really enjoyed the fish! This is definitely going to be my new go-to carryout! I love the fact that alongside the fried foods you can also get a (fairly) healthy meal if you go for the grilled shrimp or fish or one of their salads. The prices are reasonable, service is friendly, and the place is nice and clean. I recommend calling ahead as others said because when things get busy, it can be a bit of a wait.

Very fast to order food during lunch and dinner. Can't give 5 stars because I personhood feel the wings are to salty. Regardless of the topping. Today I'm going with the grilled catfish sa'mich. Today is packed so, I will get this one to go. With only 6 tables and 12 chairs...have a plan B if dining in was you plan A. The drinks are good. I like the mix or Arnold Palmer. Says, refills $1.00, but that sign must only be for decoration. Definition a better option than most of the fast food chains in the lot. Although, Hidden back in the corner, this place stays packed. The owner is always here working hard and giving great service. Well trained and courtious help. Do kind of wish their juice fill up process was not a bucket. But, ah well. It's a carry out. You're taking chances @ them all.

I really wish I had the option to give this place negative stars I would because this store will never see my business again. I went in to order 50 wings and when my roomie went to pick my order up, my order wasn't found. After speaking to the manager, he gave me a refund which was besides the point because I still have no wings. Never again!
(1)Precious L.
Love this spot I always get a fish plate. I usually call my order in. Whoever answers the phone ain't too happy about it, but the young man that hands it to me once I get there is so nice he makes up for it lol AND the food and cake is bomb so I'll keep coming back.

Them Honey Garlic wings are amazing their French Fries I can do without. I'm in love with the shrimp cheese stake and the service isn't that bad.

This is the epitome of a strip mall hole in the wall BUT if you want the best tasting meatiest wings in the area then don't let the outside detour you away! The wings here are addicting. You do feel a little guilt after you're done eating because you're rubbing your belly and licking your fingers at the same time.. Pretty Damn shameful but true! My favorites are the Old Bay wings and the Moon Dust wings.. You can't go wrong with either!
(5)Ramona M.
Two words. Moon Dust. Their wings are so good! Al of them really. The ABW in Largo has really nice staff too.
(5)Erica C.
I love this place! Everything is good from wings to their fish, awesome! I was scared to try their fish because not everyone knows what they're doing but this place hands down has good food all around. Their staff is also very nice! Highly recommended!

Ok, first of all, I'm not big on fried chicken. But, it was a late night, I was starving and it was either here or McDonald's. So, I decided to go out on a limb and splurge on a 10 piece wing combo, Thai chili flavored, with fries. Omg! The wings were amazing! The only issue I had (and hence the 4 stars) was that the wings tasted a little chewy, which could've been because it was late and they might've been a little old. Since then, I had the honey garlic pepper wings and they are truly the bomb. I also had the Caribbean citrus grilled shrimp with rice and veggies and it was good, although I didn't appreciate the veggies being drenched in a butter sauce. Definitely a good spot on a Friday or Saturday night when you want to splurge.

This place is a real dive! However, the wings are the best!! I have had a couple of the flavors such as honey lemon pepper, lemon pepper, moon dust, and the ranch and they were all good!! This place, by far has the best flavored wings around!! I went to Wing Zone recently, but it doesn't compare at all. They are affordable and good!! However, the staff are the worst! They can be iffy! They guy was yawning at 12 oclock during lunch time as he rang up my order! I did call the order in! The gentleman on the phone was extremely friendly during that process! But when I went to pick it up, the guy told me the total, rang my card and that was it! No, hold one moment for your food, NOTHING! I just went around to the other side of the counter to pick the food up and he then opened my takeout boxes. I guess he was showing me my order, but he didn't say anything! I thought, ok, I guess this is the way it goes here! LOL! But my order was correct and I was on my way!! Like I said earlier, my food was very good! They wings are fried hard, which to me is not a big deal!! Very good!! However, on a previous visit, we ordered some of the broiled trout! They will flavor the fish anyway you like which is cool. However, it wasn't too good! And my home smelled very fishy afterwards! Which anyone who cooks fish knows that if the fish smells fishy, it is usually not fresh! So FYI!! The wings are the reason I gave this a 4 Stars!! They are worth the rating given the crop of wing places in the area! I will drive over to Largo for these wings!!

We really enjoyed dinner from this place tonight! The service was professional and well organized. I had the honey garlic and pepper wings with a chef salad EVERYTHING tasted fresh, My friend had a wrap which was enjoyed as well, the amount of food for the piece was far beyond what was expected, this place is my new don't feel like cooking tonight place
(5)Asina G.
I'm mad it took the bf so long to take me here! I only had the wings, so I can't vouch for any of the other food, but the wings I had were BOMB! I ordered the wing meal (10 wings, fries and a drink) for $8.99. I got half Old Bay and half lemon pepper. Delish! The place is definitely no frills, and could stand a spruce up, but the wings are the business! I would probably call ahead of time next time and just pick them up without having to wait.

I went here a couple of times trying to give it a try but the third time was it for me. I went there and tried to order a wing combo, however, the fountain drink machine was down and therefore I was unable to get a 20 oz fountain drink so I asked both the cashier and the manager if I could have the 20 oz bottle instead both said no and actually was told that in order to get the bottle I would have to pay an additional 75 cents for the drink. I asked the manager if he was willing to let a customer leave and never to return and thus taking with me any future money that I would've been spending over 75 cents and he said yes. So I left and never returned. I will say that some of the people there were sheep as they heard my conversation and one after another paid the extra for a bottle soda. I would not suggest this establishment if you think that you would get suitable customer common sense service.

The food is amazing. But trying to place an order over the phone is horrible. No one answers and if they do. They forget about you.
(3)O O.
I go America's Best Wings 2 times a month. No other restaurant can out price the catfish or tilapia platter. Great customer service and they always open the carton so you can see what you pay for; I am never disappointed and they have this small fixing bar at the pick up station, you must try the red seasoning on your fish it doesn't taste like old bay. I highly recommend this restaurant.
(5)Kriss S.
I have pretty much stopped going to this location. Not because the food is bad, but the management and customer service is by far some if the most offensive and rude in the DMV. I have personally watched the manager be rude to customers. In turn, the young men that work for him are equally as rude, if not even worse. Do not expect a greeting. Expect for them to be on their cell phones or not speaking to you AT ALL while you order. They literally act like they are doing them a favor by just standing around. I have witnessed this on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS and I simply can't spend my hard earned money on less than mediocrity. Goto another location instead.

Moon dust! Those are some sick wings! I wish the place wasn't so far. I've never been to the actual restaurant, but my friend works around there and always brings them back. I've tried three others. I think they were... lemon pepper, Jamaican jerk and... I can't remember the last. They were alright-- a lot of people like them more, but I'm a moondust man!
(5)Coco B.
I'm not a huge fan of wings, but the spicy Jamaican jerk and moondust wings definitely won me over. My boyfriend has been talking about this place for a good year now and we finally made the drive. SO WORTH IT!
(5)Rodney L.
Very busy so it takes a while to get your food but it is well worth the wait. The wings from here are incredible. They had a line going out the front door and yet the people behind the counter were still friendly and courteous. With a variety of flavors to choose from, as well as fish and other menu items, America's Best Wings is worth a visit.
(5)Tenecia Q.
Went here for lunch at the suggestion of a friend. When we arrived, there was no one ahead of us to order but there was a few people waiting. It was nothing like what was described here. But it's probably cause of the time we went. We only had to wait for 5-10 minutes. The service was regular. Guy took my order and that was that. The food was good. The fries were bland, but I didn't know I had to season em on my own. I'll remember that when I go back. I had the Jamaican Jerk and Moon Dust wings. The jerk chicken was just okay but the Moon Dust was pretty good. The only thing is I don't like my wings fried hard. But it was still pretty good overall. So I will return to try out other flavors. And maybe other items on the menu.

This place is a Asian carry-out in disguise, but with no Chinese food served. It appears to be run by a Japanese family. The hot wings were mediocre and fries were luke warm. I also witnessed the person who appeared to be the owner, pick up drink lids that had fell on the floor and set them out to be used by customers. With that said, I won't be returning. Cluck-U would be a better choice any day.

After reading several of the great reviews two friends and I decided to try three different flavors with a 30 pc., fries and hush puppies. All of the party wings were fried hard and very dry and hard to eat. I dont understand all the great reviews? The side items were the only good thing about the meal.
(1)Nat G.
The honey BBQ and Thai Chilli wings keep me coming bck but the customer service leaves much to be desired. My strategy for avoiding the wait is to call ahead....but often they have the phone off the hook! wtf? And when you complain ...the petite Asian man that appears to be the owner COMPLETELY ignores you to ur face. There are two male cashiers that are terrible. I need a reason to stop going bcuz I give them way too much of my $$. One of them will b the reason I stop patronizing this spot.
(4)lucy L.
Lemon pepper wings and moon dust wings are awesome. You get a nice helping of rice or whatever sides you want with it. I've also enjoyed the fish sandwich and grilled tilapia. I'm convinced that I won't be disappointed with anything that u choose on the menu

Heart stopping fun for the whole family! Disclaimer: This is not the place to go if you are a health nut. For the rest of us grease guzzlers....this place has some good shigiddy! Not only the wings (that come in like 15 different flavors I think), but they sell fried fish, subs, liver, gizzard, fried okra and more southern cuisine. The service wasn't bad either, but it did take about 10 minutes for my order to be ready. Then again, considering they specialize in making all the food listed above, its reasonable. So, if your like me and don't mind clogging your arteries or running your blood pressure up every so often, then this place is definitely worth checking out. I highly recommend the wings in hot garlic buffalo sauce.
